Arunodaya

Project Arunodaya is a youth mental health initiative organized by the Rotaract Club of Edith Cowan University in collaboration with Rotaract Club of University of Colombo Faculty of Management and Finance, Rotaract Club of Achievers Lanka Business School, Rotaract Club of University of Sri Jayewardenepura, and Rotaract Club of Colombo Midtown. Held at Sunethra Devi Piriven School, the project aimed to raise awareness about emotional well-being and encourage students to prioritize their mental health.
Through engaging and interactive sessions, students were guided on managing stress, building self-confidence, and developing emotional resilience. The initiative encouraged students to focus on self-growth, maintain a positive mindset, and openly express their thoughts and emotions in a supportive environment.
Project Arunodaya successfully created a meaningful experience for students while strengthening the spirit of collaboration among the participating Rotaract clubs. The project left a positive impact by inspiring young minds, promoting emotional well-being, and encouraging a culture of understanding and support within the community.
