Lumira'25

Project Lumira was organized to celebrate the 16th Charter Day of Rotaract Club of University of Colombo faculty of management and finance marking 16 years of service, fellowship and leadership. Held on 15th October 2025 at Ralla Restaurant, Dehiwala, the event embraced a vibrant Hawaiian beach theme to create a lively and engaging atmosphere for members.

The project was completed through careful planning, clear task delegation and strong coordination among a 19-member organizing committee, club directors and the executive committee. Logistics such as venue arrangements, decorations, finances and publicity were managed efficiently ensuring smooth execution on the event day.

The celebration included interactive games, music sessions, cake cutting, a buffet dinner and the special Hawaiian King and Queen crowning. Over 50 participants attended the event.

Overall, Project Lumira successfully strengthened fellowship, boosted member engagement and received positive feedback for its organization, theme and energetic flow making it a memorable milestone for the club.
