ROTALEAD’26

ROTALEAD’26, organized by the Professional Development Avenue of the Rotaract Club of University of Colombo Faculty of Management and Finance, brought Rotaractors together for a day of discovery, growth and teamwork. The workshop wasn’t just about learning; it was about awakening leadership within, connecting with peers and stepping confidently into their potential.

The day began with the session on Emotional Intelligence and People Management, where interactive icebreakers and discussions helped participants understand their emotions and how they shape interactions. This was followed by a session on Professional Presence and Etiquette, offering practical tips to communicate effectively, carry oneself with confidence and make a lasting impression.

The outbound leadership experience of ROTALEAD’26 stood out as a true highlight of the day, bringing together team challenges, creative problem solving and collaborative exercises in an engaging and dynamic way. Laughter, energy and team spirit made each activity a memorable experience that extended far beyond the classroom.
