Canteen Clean-Up2
The Faculty Canteen Clean-Up Project was a meaningful community service initiative organized to promote cleanliness, hygiene, and environmental awareness within the university community. Conducted at the faculty canteen, the project focused on improving one of the most frequently used common spaces, benefiting approximately 2,800 students, academic staff, non-academic staff, and visitors.
A dedicated group of volunteers actively participated in cleaning and organizing the canteen premises to enhance sanitation and overall comfort. Activities included cleaning tables, floors, sinks, taps, and surrounding areas, proper waste disposal, and arranging the space to create a cleaner and more organized environment.
Beyond the physical improvements, the project emphasized the importance of personal responsibility and maintaining shared public spaces. It also encouraged volunteerism, teamwork, and leadership among students. Through collective effort and commitment, the initiative successfully created a healthier, cleaner, and more welcoming environment for the entire faculty community.
