Sisuwara 4.0

Sisuwara 4.0 was a meaningful initiative conducted under the Community Service Avenue of the Rotaract Club of the University of Colombo Faculty of Management and Finance, focusing on child nutrition and education in rural Sri Lanka through two impactful phases.
Phase 01, Punchi Sith, continued a meal support programme for underprivileged school children, ensuring access to daily nutrition and improving student wellbeing, attendance, and classroom participation. The initiative also included a field visit where essential school supplies were distributed to students, further supporting their educational journey.
Phase 02, Nana Pahana, was launched in response to the devastation caused by Cyclone Ditwah, which severely affected schools across the country. The project focused on renovating the flood-damaged library of Siyane Adarsha Primary School in Welgama, Dompe. With major structural improvements and a dedicated book drive, the initiative transformed the library into a safe, vibrant, and child-friendly learning space, creating lasting impact for the school community.
